Hi cricket farmers, we are

here to help.

-Early detection of infectious agents will prevent outbreaks and avoid economic loss.

How would we help you?

-Rapid PCR assays to monitor major circulating viruses in cricket.

-Accurate results will be sent by email within 24 working hours include Saturday.

What viral agents do you need to test?

  1. Acheta domesticus densovirus (AdDNV) 1,2,3
  2. Acheta domesticus Mini Ambidensovirus (AdMADV) 4
  3. Novel segmented cricket densovirus 5

   4. Acheta domesticus volvovirus (AdVVV) 6,7

(1). Susceptibility of North-American and European crickets to Acheta domesticus densovirus (AdDNV) and associated epizootics.

(2). Billions and billions sold: Pet-feeder crickets (Orthoptera: Gryllidae), commercial cricket farms, an epizootic densovirus, and government regulations make for a potential disaster.

(3). Comparative Genomic Analysis of Acheta domesticus Densovirus Isolates from Different Outbreaks in Europe, North America, and Japan.

(4). A Novel Ambisense Densovirus, Acheta domesticus Mini Ambidensovirus, from Crickets.

(5). A novel cricket densovirus is the first parvovirus harboring a segmented genome

(XVIth International Parvovirus Workshop).

(6). New Volvovirus Isolates from Acheta domesticus (Japan) and Gryllus assimilis (United States).

(7). Acheta domesticus Volvovirus, a Novel Single-Stranded Circular DNA Virus of the House Cricket.
